Saw Palmetto is rich in fatty acids and phytosterols. It has been widely used in various traditions. American Indians used the fruit for food and to support urinary health. Natures Aid® Saw Palmetto is standardised to provide 22.5mg of fatty acids per tablet.

Directions

Take one to three tablets per day with food.
