Pure & Essential Vegan Vitamin D3 is a natural plant-based extract from lichen, a type of fungi that provides cholecalciferol – the most biologically active form of vitamin D that is easily absorbed by the body. Small tablets deliver 1000 iu of vitamin D3, suitable for everyday use.
Directions
Adults: one to two tablets daily.*
Children aged 6+: one tablet daily.
Take with food for optimum absorption.
*In dark winter months a consistent intake of two tablets daily is recommended for adults.
