HealthAid Starflower Oil is extracted from the seeds of the borage plant and contains the richest source of Gamma Linolenic Acid. GLA is a fatty acid that the body converts to a hormone-like substance called prostaglandin which helps maintain normal metabolism, healthy skin and flexible joints.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily. Adults can increase up to three capsules a day.
