Natures Aid Vitamin B12 Spray is a convenient and tasty alternative to tablets. Just 2 sprays gives you a high strength dose of 1000μg (40,000%NRV) with a 120 days supply in each pack. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contains no artificial colours or flavours.

Directions

Use 2 sprays daily. Shake well before every use. First Use: Press the pump 3-4 times to get the liquid flowing. Spray into your mouth, ideally on the inside of your cheek. Replace the cap after use.
