Iron Vital Liquid Bottle helps to fulfil your daily requirement for iron in the easily absorbed gluconate form.

Directions

Shake before use.
Adults: 10ml one to two times daily.
Children (4–12 years): 5ml one to two times daily.
Take roughly one hour before meals to prevent the absorption of the iron from being affected by other foods.

Fruit juice from concentrate: cherry, Beetroot  (20%), Apple (19%), Water extract from rose hip, chamomile, lemon balm, quack grass root, horsetail; fructose, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin c), ferrous gluconate (iron), thickening agents: guar seed flour, carob seed flour, pectin; natural flavours, nicotinamide (niacin), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)
