Solgar Choline/Inositol 250/250mg 50's

Provides both choline and inositol (also known as Vitamin B8). Choline supports the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats into energy as well as keeping the liver clear from fat build-up. Inositol functions in a similar way to choline.

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
