Nature Provides Bioactive B12 blend is produced in the UK and contains the most active and bio-available form, methylcobalamin. For added support of metabolism and energy production, Nature Provides have also added the only other active coenzyme form known as adenosylcobalamin.

Directions

Take 1ml daily under your tongue (≈13 drops: a single squeeze of the pipette / around half a dropper full). For optimal absorption, hold in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing.
