Natures Aid Bio360 OptiGut-C (Digestion Support) 120g

NutriGUT-C combines specific good bacteria with inulin, magnesium and prune extract. Magnesium has been included for its ability to support healthy muscle function. Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.

Directions

Adults and children over 10 years: one teaspoon (4g) per day for three days, increasing to two to three teaspoons (8-12g) if required.
Children aged 2-10 years: half a teaspoon (2g) per day for three days, increasing up to a teaspoon (4g) one to two times daily if required.
Maintenance dose: one teaspoon per day.
Powder may be added to drinks, cereals, yogurts, smoothies, water or taken directly from the spoon.
