Epigenar Magnesium Malate 120's

Magnesium malate provided as vegicapsules. The recommended daily dosage (two capsules) contains magnesium (as dimagnesium malate) 200mg.

Directions

Take one to two capsules, one to two times daily with a glass of water, before a meal.
Maximum 4 capsules per day unless otherwise advised.
Not suitable for children under age 6 years. Child dosage information available.
Capsule can be opened and sprinkled onto food if desired, but efficacy may be diminished.
