Solgar Super Concentrated Isoflavones 30's

Contains isoflavone extract from soy germ. Isoflavones are produced by plants in the legume or bean family. Foods high in isoflavones are soy, chick peas, alfalfa and fava beans.

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
