Solgar Fenugreek 100's

A plant which can be found in the Mediterranean and Middle East. It is often used in Indian cuisine and as well as being a good source of phytonutrients it is also supportive in digestion. One tablet a day provides 150mg fenugreek extract and 370mg fenugreek powder.

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) capsule daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
