ió fibrewater is an award-winning naturally flavoured prebiotic water that's a first of its kind in the UK. Each bottle provides 100% of the daily recommended prebiotics intake and 20% of the recommended daily fibre intake - while still remaining totally clear in appearance like regular water.

Directions

Adults to consume one bottle (500ml) per day for the first 2 weeks. After which intake can be increased if required. ió fibrewater can be consumed with or without food.

ió fibrewater is suitable for children from the age of 2. 150-170ml per day for ages 2-4. For ages 5-14, half a bottle (250ml) per day at most. Ages 15+ can enjoy a full bottle (500ml) per day in line with adults.
