This entirely algae-based omega-3 supplement provides a daily dose of 600mg of DHA and EPA per two capsules, with additional antioxidant benefits from astaxanthin – a natural combination found in wild salmon and krill.

Directions

Adults and children aged 12+: two softgels daily with food. For additional support the dose may be taken twice daily.
Children aged 6-11: one softgel daily.
