Each capsule provides a 500iu dosage of vitamin D3. Supports a healthy immune system and is needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth.

Directions

Adults - take one to two capsules a day with meals. If you are also taking a multivitamin, then just take one capsule a day
Children aged 5 and over - take one capsule a day with a meal
