This HotTea Mama hot chocolate is a unique blend of 42% Ghanaian cacao, ashwagandha root and warming spices. Designed to support relaxation and stress relief. A great part of a soothing bedtime routine.
Directions
To enjoy hot: add four teaspoons (approx. 20g) of powder to 250ml milk of your choice and heat to your ideal temperature, stirring as required to warm through.
To enjoy cold: add four teaspoons (approx. 20g) of powder and 250ml to a blender and whizz to combine. Pour over ice.
