Bio-Health Extra Calcium+ 120's

Bio-Health Extra Calcium elemental food supplement. Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and zinc are needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium and vitamin D are also needed for normal growth and development of bones in children.

Directions

Adults: one capsule three times a day swallowed with water.
Children Over five years: one capsule in the morning, one capsule in the evening.
The capsule contents may be sprinkled on food if desired.
