Provides beta 1,3 and beta 1,6 glucans. Beta glucans are a type of soluble fibre which creates the structural components of cell walls in foods containing yeast and fungi. They cannot be produced by the body naturally so we need to consume them through our diet.
Directions
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) tablets daily, with water or a small meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
